How much more exciting could it get than combining an “island” holiday with a safari in the same location?  Well this is possible in Africa and what an experience it is.  You can to stay on an island in the middle of the massive Zambezi River surrounded by both water and wildlife.  There are also island stays available in the Chobe and Okavango area's of Botswana, the Victoria Falls area of Zimbabwe and Zambia, the Lower Zambezi also in Zambia and Lake Malawi in Malawi.  They are fantastic for anyone wanting something completely unique to Africa as well as anyone wanting to really relax, there is nothing more peaceful than the sounds and views of water.
